Start by choosing the option that best fits your property, budget, and lifestyle. Eagle Homes offers three paths to small home living: purchasing a home in one of our communities, adding a home as an ADU on existing property, or placing a home on private land.

Option 1: Buy and live in one of the Eagle Homes ‘ communities

Eagle Homes offers homes in planned communities designed for comfortable and affordable living. This option is ideal for buyers who want a completed neighborhood setting with roads, utilities, and surrounding homes already in place. Buying a small home in one of the Eagle Homes communities can simplify the process because the land, layout, and home placement are already coordinated. Buyers can focus on choosing the floor plan and features that best fit their needs.

Option 2: Add a Tiny Home as an ADU

A tiny home can also be placed on property as an accessory dwelling unit, often called an ADU. This option works well for creating space for family members, guests, rental income, or a private office. In Arkansas, recent changes under Arkansas Act 313 have expanded opportunities for ADUs in certain areas. Depending on the city, county, zoning requirements, and utility access, homeowners may now have more flexibility to place a small home on their existing property.

Before moving forward with an ADU, Eagle Homes recommends reviewing local zoning rules, utility access, setback requirements, and permit guidelines.

Option 3: Place a Tiny Home on Your Own Land

For buyers who already own land, Eagle Homes can deliver a tiny home directly to the property. This option provides more flexibility for rural land, family property, vacation sites, retirement living, or private homesites.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Finding the right path to homeownership starts with choosing the option that best fits your property, budget, and lifestyle.

Because each home is built in a controlled factory environment, construction is not delayed by weather, labor shortages, or material issues. Quality inspections take place throughout the building process to support consistency and code compliance. While the home is being built, site preparation and utility work can move forward at the same time. This process reduces the total project timeline and allows for faster delivery and move-in compared to many traditional homes.

Eagle Homes are built for buyers seeking a faster and more affordable path to homeownership. Homes are available with customizable finishes and include standard appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave.
